WRTHX Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING — UNITED STATES

All orders within the United States ship free. No minimum order required.

Orders are processed and sent to production within 1-3 business days 
of purchase. Production takes an additional 3-5 business days. Once 
shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 3-5 business days via USPS 
or UPS depending on your location.

Estimated total time from order to delivery: 7-12 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

WRTHX ships internationally. International shipping rates are 
calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, 
and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the 
responsibility of the customer. WRTHX has no control over customs 
processes and cannot predict additional charges.

Estimated total time from order to delivery: 14-21 business days 
for international orders. Delays due to customs are outside our 
control.

TRACKING

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via 
email once your order ships. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking 
information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your 
package, please wait 2 business days as carriers sometimes mark 
packages delivered early. If after 2 business days you still have 
not received your order contact us at support@shopwrthx.com within 7 
days of the marked delivery date.

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier we will ship a 
replacement at no cost to you.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double check your shipping address before completing your 
order. WRTHX is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly 
entered address. If you notice an error contact us immediately at 
support@shopwrthx.com - if your order has not yet entered production 
we will correct the address at no charge.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect 
address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange 
reshipment. Reshipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.

PRODUCTION DELAYS

As a print-on-demand brand all products are made to order. During 
high volume periods such as holidays production times may increase 
by 2-5 business days. We will communicate any significant delays 
via email.
