All WRTHX products are made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference, sizing, or change of mind.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will replace it at no cost to you. To initiate a claim:

Email us at support@shopwrthx.com within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number and clear photos of the defect
We will review your claim within 2 business days

Approved claims will receive a free replacement shipped within 5-7 business days. We do not offer refunds on defective items — replacements only.

LOST PACKAGES

If your order is marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement if the package is confirmed lost.

WRONG ADDRESS

WRTHX is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you contact us before your order goes to print we will do our best to correct it.

SIZING

We strongly recommend reviewing the size guide on each product page before ordering. Because items are made to order we cannot accept returns for sizing issues. If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before they enter production. Email support@shopwrthx.com with your order number to request a cancellation.
