WHERE IS MY ORDER?
All WRTHX products are made to order. Production 
takes 3-5 business days followed by 3-5 business 
days shipping. You will receive a tracking number 
via email once your order ships. Total delivery 
time is typically 7-12 business days from purchase.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours 
of purchase before they enter production. Email us 
immediately at support@shopwrthx.com with your 
order number.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
Email support@shopwrthx.com within 7 days of 
delivery with your order number and photos of 
the damage. We will send a replacement at no 
cost to you.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
All products are made to order so we do not accept 
returns for preference or sizing. Damaged or 
defective items are replaced free of charge.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. International shipping rates are calculated 
at checkout. Delivery takes 14-21 business days. 
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

DO YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?
WRTHX operates on a drop model. When a drop is 
gone it is gone. Follow us on Instagram for 
announcements on new drops.
